The Perry Belmont House is a world class, elegantly designed Beaux Arts mansion offering unparalleled architectural detailing and furnishings which is sure to impress or enchant. The mansion is regularly used for rehearsal dinners, weddings, engagements parties, showers, fundraisers, and reunions, corporate retreats and presentations, birthday and anniversary celebrations.
Your guests experience will be enhanced by some of the mansions key features-
Double gray veined white marble staircase, soaring 60ft vaulted ceiling with an Ionic colonnade, rock crystal and amethyst chandeliers and encircling balcony of wrought iron and brass railings.
The rooms range in size and various set ups are available including theatre, boardroom, U-shaped, hollow square, and classroom. The Perry Belmont House will be able to assist you with any audio visual or lighting needs and can provide a list of preferred and approved vendors.

Due to the high demand for social and wedding events on the weekends, the rental fees are subject to the social and wedding rates during the peak months of April-June, August-October, and December.
